<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated April 22 °d, 2003, and recorded April 28, 2003, in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200305185
<br />regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by Ronald E Lukesh and Jean A Lukesh, Husband and Wife, as trustor, to Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal
<br />Savings Bank of Grand Island, as Beneficiary, dated April 22nd, 2003, and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 200305185, has
<br />been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
<br />described in paragraph 3 below.
