Francis, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Attorney Number <br />11366, as Successor Trustee, under a Deed of Trust recorded May 7, 2002, executed by Galen E. <br />Gerdes and Tammy Gerdes, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, naming David Wetherilt and Susan <br />Wetherilt, Husband and Wife, as Beneficiaries and recorded as Instrument No. 20020029, of <br />the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from David <br />Wetherilt and Susan Rolo, formerly Susan Wetherilt, written request to reconvey the real estate <br />described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Four (4), Block Sixty -Four (64), Original Town, now City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; <br />Said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been <br />fully paid; <br />Now therefore, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Successor Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this day of 2011. <br />William A.
