WHEREAS, Liliana Marquez, is the owner of the following described real estate, to-wit: The Northerly Fifty Two and Seventy Five Hundredths Feet (52.75') of Lot Six (6), in Block Fifteen (15) In Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. WHEREAS, a double garage and driveway to the same, are constructed on the previously described property in such a manner that approximately one-half V/2) of the garage and one-half of the driveway are located upon each of said lots; and WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to create for themselves, their heirs, - successors and assigns, a joint driveway and garage easement as the same is now situated on the two parcels of land referred to above.. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, obligations and rights herein created, Brett Jurey and Lindsey Jurey do hereby give, grant and convey unto Liliana Marquez, and unto her heirs, successors and assigns, a right-of-way or easement over, along and across all of said driveway and the west one-half (Y2) of the garage. 1
