Kenny and Jody K. <br />Kenny f/k/a Jody K. Groshong, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Bradley B. Kenny and <br />Kimberly D.
