<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed July 8,
<br />2009, by JONATHAN J. FURLEY and MILENSEY M L FURLEY, husband and wife, Trustors, in
<br />favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as nominee for U.S.
<br />Bank, N.A., as Beneficiary, and THOMAS LOCHER, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on July
<br />13, 2009, as Instrument No. 2009-05696, of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION
<br />SYSTEMS, INC. to U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of an Assignment dated
<br />August 22, 2011, and filed for record with the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of
<br />Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />LOT 19, BLOCK 2, BEL AIR ADITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the
<br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Trustee,
<br />THOMAS LOCHER, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to
<br />satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
