Lender shall give no�ice to Burrower prior to accelerat3on following <br />Bonower's breach of any covenant or agreement in t�his Secnrity Instrnment (bnt not prior to <br />acceleration nnder Secbion 18 nnless Applicable Law prov�de� otherwise).
