MORRIS, OWNERS; hereinafter referred to as "Owner", <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the Owner desires to connect the property on Lot One (1) in Villa Mar Dee Second <br />Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska to a public sanitary sewer main. <br />WHEREAS, the City will permit sanitary sewer lines to connect directly to the public sanitary sewer main, <br />subject to certain conditions being met by the Owner. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter contained, the <br />parties agree as follows: <br />1. The City hereby grants to the Owner a permit to connect the property at 314 Villa Mar Dee <br />Avenue to the City's Sanitary Sewer Manhole No. 149 as per Standard Plan 129A, all as <br />shown on the attached drawing dated September 16, 2011 in accordance with the <br />requirements of the Director of Public Works. Such connection is to be inspected and <br />approved by the City Plumbing Inspector. <br />2. The sanitary sewer service line constructed and maintained by the Owner shall be and <br />remain the property of the Owner, until the property is sold and in no event shall the City be <br />required to maintain the line. <br />20 50 <br />-1- <br />
