Diers Ave., Grand Island, NE 68803 ("Lender"). <br />DEED OF TRUST. Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated Merch 3, 2010 (the "Deed of Trust") <br />which has been recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: <br />Recorded in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds on March 5, 2010, entered as Instrument No. <br />0201001445. <br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL <br />County, State of Nebraske: <br />The Southerly 66 feet of Fractional Lots 1 and 2, in Fractional Block 38, in Charles Wasmer's Addition, to the City <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska and its complement being Fractional Lot 1, in Fractional Block 3, in Windolph's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Nebreska, end being a rectangular tract of ground having an easterly frontage of 66 <br />feet on Adems Street, a depth of 106 feet and bounded on the south by the alley in said Blocks 3 and 38, es <br />surveyed, platted and recorded. <br />The Real Property or its address is cammonly known as 508 S/iD�4MS�GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801. <br />�- Y, <br />MODIFICATION.
