<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Gloria
<br />Wroblewski, a single person, Trustor, to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated August 23,
<br />2005 in which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as
<br />Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded August 25, 2005 as
<br />Document Number 200508401 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original
<br />stated indebtedness of $35,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the u.ndersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />T'he South Half (S 1/2), Lot Eight (8), And all of Lot Seven (7), Block Three (3), First Addition to
<br />the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 20th day of September, 2011.
