<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated MARCH 12, 1999, and recorded MARCH 16, 1999,
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 99- 102714
<br />regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by BRADLEY K SNYDER AND TARA CRISTINE SNYDER, HUSBAND AND WFE, as trustor, to
<br />Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE
<br />EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as Beneficiary, dated MARCH 12, 1999, and recorded ul the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 99- 102714, has been
<br />paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
<br />described in paragraph 3 below.
