Janssen, husband and wife, Trustors <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on <br />July 9, 2007 as Instrument No. 0200705769, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described <br />real estate, to -wit: <br />THE SOUTHERLY ONE HALF (S1 /2) OF LOT ONE (1), IN FRACTIONAL <br />BLOCK TWELVE (12), IN GILBERTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default <br />under the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note <br />secured by said Deed of Trust when due. On account of such breach, pursuant to said Deed of Trust <br />the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has elected to sell or cause to be sold such trust property to <br />satisfy said indebtedness. <br />The above debt will be assumed valid unless you notify the undersigned that you dispute the <br />debt or any portion thereof within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice. If you notify the <br />undersigned in writing within this time period, we will mail you a verification of the debt.
