Enck and Kelly A. Enck, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, to <br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank <br />& Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated October 26, 2004, recorded October 27, <br />2004 as Instrument #200410480 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska <br />have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be <br />executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey ta the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described <br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
