OX119011-11 PA SECTION ONE SUBORDINATION As an inducement to lender to grant such loan to trustor, beneficiary and trustor hereby subordinate the above - described trust deed of December 21, 2001 in favor of beneficiary, to the trust deed in favor of lender that is being recorded with this agreement on Sept ember 14, 2011 at Document No. 201106829 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds. Beneficiary and trustor further agree that the lien of the trust deed in favor of lender shall be and is in all respects a lien prior and superior to the lien of the trust deed in favor of beneficiary. SECTION TWO APPROVAL OF LOAN TERMS The terms of the loan from lender to trustor are as follows: Loan Amount: $294,000.00 Term: 360 months Initial Rate: 4.250% Beneficiary hereby approves all the terns of such loan.
