<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Trust Deed," executed by Ismael Arronte and Yamara Rodriguez-Perez;
<br />each a single person, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated the 8 day of August 2011, and recorded on the 29 day of
<br />August 2011, recorded as instrument number 0201106412 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, have both been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the

<br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed,
<br />in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-
<br />1001):
