<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named herein, the FIVE POINTS BANK,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, hereby releases the Mortgage dated November 13,
<br />1981, made to FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation by Hedgecock Farms, A General
<br />Partnership, on the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br />The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (Wl/2SW1l4), of Section Twenty-Nine (29), Township
<br />Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6� P.M., Hall County, Nebra.ska; and
<br />An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in and to the Northeast Quarter (NEl/4) of Section Twenty-
<br />Nine (29), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6�' P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, except 3.718 acres thereof deeded to the County of Hall, as shown in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Book 164, Page 591.
<br />which was recorded on November 24, 1981 and recorded as Document No. 81-005866, of the County of
<br />Hall, and State of Nebraska.
