<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Trust Deed," executed by Mark K Oberbeck & Paula C Oberbeck; as
<br />husband and wife, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated the 5 day of May 2011, and recorded on the 5 day of May
<br />2011, recorded as instrument number 0201103458 and the Assignment of Rents,
<br />dated the 5 day of May 2011, and recorded on the 5 day of May 2011, recorded
<br />as instrument number 0201103459 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, have both been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
