<br />1. The undersigned Affiant is the successor in interest in and to the real estate legally
<br />described as: �
<br />The northerly 82 feet of Lot One (1), Block One Hundred Twenty-Six (126),
<br />union Pacific t"Zailway Company's 5econd tiddition and iis cumpliment, Lof �ne
<br />(1), Block One (1), Russell Wheeler's Addition, all in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />2. More than 30 days have elapsed since the death of the Decedent, Adrian Edgar
<br />Davis, who died July 12, 2001. Adrian Edgar Davis was the father of the undersigned Affiant
<br />and on his date of death, July 12, 2001, Adrian Edgar Davis was married to Shirley Yvonne
<br />Davis, the mother of the undersigned Affiant. In addition to Shirley Yvonne Davis, the
<br />Decedent, Adrian Edgar Davis, was survived by two children, the undersigned Affiant and
<br />Thomas Davis, who died on the 29th day of July, 2001, as a single person having never married
<br />nor having had any children.
<br />3. The value of the Decedent, Adrian Edgar Davis's interest in and to the real estate
<br />described herein did not exceed $25,000.00, as determined from the 'value of his interest as
<br />shown on the assessment rolls of the Hall County Assessor, for the year 2001, the year in which
<br />said Deceden.t died. The Hall County Assessor's rolls for the year 2001 indicated a total value of
<br />the above described real estate to be $60,640.00, and the Decedent's one-third interest in said
<br />property was less than $25,000.00.
<br />4. Moxe than 30 days have elapsed since the death of the Decedent, Adrian Edgar
<br />Davis as shown in the certified copy of his Death Certificate attached to this Affidavit.
<br />5. No application or petition for appointment of a personal representative is pending
<br />or has been granted in any jurisdiction.
<br />6. The undersigned Affiant, as claiming successor, is entitled to the undivided one-
<br />third interest of the Decedent, Adrian Edgar Davis, in and to the above described real estate by
<br />reason of Intestate Succession.
<br />7. ' No other person has a right to the undivided one-third interest of the Decedent in
<br />the above described property and the undersigned Affiant's claim to the Decedent's undivided
<br />
