<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Rodney G.
<br />Niemoth, a single person, to Union Bank & Trust Company, for the benefit of Union Bank & Trust
<br />Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated January 13, 1993, and recorded on January 14.
<br />1993, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County. Nebraska, in Document #93- 100335,
<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release
<br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto alt the interest and estate derived to said

<br />Parcel 2: The North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N112SW114) of Section Fourteen (14),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, flange Nine (9) West of the 6 "' P.M., Hail County, Nebraska
<br />excepting a certain tract of therefrom as recorded in Deed as Document No. #92- 108187.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
