<br />For value received, RAMON L. MIETH, a single person, 614 Olive Avenue, Hebron,
<br />Nebraska 68370, hereby grant, assign and transfer to RAMON L. MIETH, TRUSTEE Of The
<br />Ramon L. Mieth First Family Trust Under Agreement dated September 1, Z011, 614 Olive
<br />Avenue, Hebron, Nebraska 68370, all beneficial interest under that certain real estate Deed of
<br />Trust, dated March 17, 2005, executed by ERIC HOSTETLER and KIMBERLY
<br />HOSTETLER, husband and wife, and ARON HOSTETLER, a single person, all of Cairo,
<br />Nebraska, as Trustors, to Daniel L. Werner as Trustee, and in which said Ramon L. Mieth is
<br />named as beneficiary, and recorded on March 22, Z005 as Instrument Number 200502447 of the
<br />Records of the Register of Deeds of Ha11 County, Nebraska, covering the following described
<br />real estate:
<br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S1/2 NW1/4) and the North Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (N1/2SW1/4) of Section Four (4), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th Principal Meridian in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, except, however, that portion thereof transferred to Nortnan S. Mieth
<br />and Sherri L. Mieth by deed dated December 18, 1980, said deed being recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on February 9,
