<br />WHEREAS, U.S. BANK NA is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated FEBRUARY 21, 2003, executed by
<br />W NATHAN WIELAND AND JENNIFER S WIELAND, HU5BAND AND WIFE AS JOINT
<br />TENANTS, as Trustor, for the benefit of FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION DB/A
