<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Duane A. Burns, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 2300, Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby ����
<br />appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by WILLIAM G. LUFT and
<br />GINA M. LUFT, Husband and Wife; and KAREN LUFT, a single person, as Trustor, in which
<br />ELAINE BISHOP and H. EUGENE �ISHOP, is named as the Ber�eficiary and Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated July 3, 2001; and recorded July 6, 2001, in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200106609 regarding the
<br />real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by WILLIAM G. LUFT and TINA M. LUFT, Husband and Wife; and KAREN LUFT, a single
<br />person, as Trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for ELAINE BISHOP and H.
<br />EUGENE BISHOP, as Beneficiary, dated July 3, 2001 and recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document 0200106609, has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered
<br />as confirmed by their endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title and interest
<br />and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.
<br />3. Description of real estate applicable to both Substitution of Trustee and Deed
<br />of Reconvevance.
<br />The North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(N1/2SE1/4NE1/4) of Section Three �3), Township Twelve (12)
<br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6 P.M. in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, except Lot 1, Luft Subdivision in Hall County, IVebraska.
