<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE ITNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 14, 2004, executed by
<br />L& K REAL ESTATE; A GENERAL PARTNERSHIl', as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument
<br />#0200405962 on the 16�' day of June, 2004, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, City
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached
<br />real estate described to-wit:
<br />LOT TWO (2), BLOCK SEVENTY (70), WHEELER & BENNETT'S SECOND
<br />SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNT'Y, NEBRASKA
<br />a/k/a 119 E 14� STREET, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 14, 2004, recorded
<br />as Document #0200405962 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WTTNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at
