<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the aCS!_� day of August, 2011, CitiFinancial, Inc., as the
<br />plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Armandina Sanchez Wentz,
<br />Deceased, the Estate of Armandina Sanchez Wentz, Deceased, the Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Personal
<br />Representatives, and All Other Persons Interested in the Estate of Armandina Sanchez Wentz, Deceased, Real
<br />Names Unknown, the United States of America, John Doe and Jane Doe, real names and marital status unknown,
<br />American Fence Company, General Collection Co., Lisa Sanchez, Personal Representative, and each of them,
<br />as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed
<br />of trust given by said Armandina Sanchez Wentz, to Michael F. Kivett, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter
<br />described of the above -named defendant, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described
<br />for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that
<br />such deed of trust is dated December 14, 2007, and was recorded December 17, 2007 as Instrument No.
<br />0200710498 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such
