�o��.os4s�; ASSIGNMENT OF DEEDS OF TRUST THIS ASSIGNMENT is made this 26th day of August, 2011 by and between Pathway Bank, formerly known as the State Bank of Cairo, whose principal office is at 306 South High Street, P.O Box 428, Cairo, Nebraska 68824 {hereinafter referred to as "Assignor"� and Michael Panowicz, 10228 West Whiteclaud Road, Cairo, Nebraska 68824 (hereinafter referred to as "Assignee"). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Assignor has entered into certain contracts with Donald C. Rasmussen and Barbara M. Rasmussen, husband and wife, (hereinafter referred to as "Rasmussen"); and WHEREAS, Assignee, desires to purchase Rasmussen's contracts and obligations from Assignar including a certain promissory note secured by four deeds of trust on the same property; NOW THEREFORE, IN COIUSIDERATIOfV OF AND FOR VALUE RECElVED, Pathway Bank hereby assigns and otherwise transfers to Assignee all rights, title and interest held by Assignor in and to four deeds of trust from Rasmussen. Said deeds of trust are more particularly described as follows: 1. Deed of Trust with Future Advances dated April 13,1999, between Assignor and Rasmussen concerning conveyance of property described as: "The Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) and The South One-Half (S 1/2) of the Northwest Quarter {NW 1/4) of Section Five (5j, Township Twelve (12j North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska," to Assignor in trust for the purpose of securing payment of Rasmussen's indebtedness to Assignor. The 1999 Deed of Trust with Future Advances is recorded among the records of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument Number 99-104024. The 1999 Deed of Trust was modified by reconveying to Rasmussen a portion of the trust property in a Deed of Partial Reconveyance dated October 18, 2002 and recorded among the records of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument Number 200211959.
