<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, York State Bank and Trust Com�any
<br />as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated June 15, 2010 executed by
<br />Bobby D. Girmus and Elizabeth A. Girmus, Husband and Wife, JTWROS , as
<br />Trustors, in which York State Bank and Trust Company named as beneficiaries, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, and recorded July 22, 2010 as Instrument No. 0201005071, in the
<br />office of the County Clerk, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the beneficiaries
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured
<br />by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured
<br />thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, a11 the esta.te and interest derived to the undersigned under the
<br />Deed of Trust in the following described real estate, to-wit:
