<br />WHEREAS, the unde�signed, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, �

<br />under the Deed of Trust dated April 9, 1993, executed by Gary A. Ummel & Estel R. Ummel, � r
<br />Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document 93-102971 on the 19th day of April, 1993, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT ONE (1) OF NORWOOD SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE WEST HALF OF THE
<br />NORTHWEST QUARTER (W1/2NW1/4) OF SECTION TEN (10), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11)
<br />NORTH, RANGE NWE (9) WEST UF THE 6 P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING
<br />THEREFROM THE WEST 134 FEET OF THE SOUTH 71.8 FEET OF THE NORTH 150.5 FEET.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Tnast has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
