<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, Gwynne
<br />A. Kuhn Trust, Gwynne A. Kuhn, Trustee Under the Trust Agreement Dated May 16, 1994,
<br />Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the
<br />Beneficiary named herein, dated January 5, 2004, and recorded February 3, 2004, Instrument
<br />Number 0200400980, in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and esta.te derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />preriuses:
