<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by DANIEL E VAHLE AND DEBRA J
<br />VAHLE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to EQUITABLE BANK, as Trustee and Beneficiary,
<br />dated JUNE 17, 2009, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />NEBRASKA on JUNE 23, 2009 as Document No. 200905034, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
