Huwaldt Revocable Living Trust Agreement da.ted November 1, 2002, as amended October 7, 2009 and August � 2011, pursuant to Section 30-38,103 of the Revised Statutes of the Sta.te of Nebraska, hereby certifies as follows: (a) Lawrence H. Huwaldt, Settlor, created the Lawrence H. Huwaldt Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated November 1, 2002, as amended October 7, 2009 and August � 2011, the ("Trust Agreement") wherein he designated himself as the initial Trustee and he designated Lawrence E. Huwaldt as the first successor Trustee of said Trust; (b) On August ��, 2011, Lawrence H. Huwaldt executed an Amendment to the Trust Agreement withdrawing as Trustee and designating Lawrence E. Huwaldt as successor Trustee of said Trust and by the execution of said Amendment Lawrence E.
