<br />WHEREAS, U.S. BANK NA is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated SEPTEMBER 21, 2007, executed by
<br />PHILLIP C BOWERS AND KRISTI L BOWERS, as Trustor, for the benefit of U.S. BANK NATIONAL
