<br />KN�W ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an Amended Order by the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska entered on Ju1y 15, 2011 in Case No CI10-1321 ("Amended Order") that certain lien
<br />evidenced by the Deed of Trust executed by STEPHEN R. SCHULLER, Trustor, to AREND R.
<br />BAACK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a Federal Savings Bank, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated September 19, 2003 and filed September 24, 2003 in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County as document No. 200312770, as the same has been
<br />subsequently assigned unto PRINCIPAL RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE, an Iowa Corporation,
<br />by Assignment of MortgagelDeed of Trust dated September 19, 2003, filed September 24, 2003
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Ha11 County as document No. 200312771 and
<br />subsequently assigned unto MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.,
<br />by Assignment of Deed of Trust dated September 26, 2003 and filed April 26, 2004 in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deed of Hall County as document no. 200404070 was ordered to be released.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the Amended Order, the undersigned, as
<br />Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, a11 the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed
<br />in the following-described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />The South 43 feet of Lot 3 and the North 7 feet of Lot 4 in Block 1 of Hann's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all building, fixhues, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
