Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by Merle D Anderson and Alvera C Anderson, Husband and wife, as Trustor, in which <br />Equitable Bank fka The Equitable Building and Loan Association, is named as the <br />Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated August 2, 1996, and <br />recorded August 8, 1996, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska <br />as Instrument No. 96- 106137 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Merle D Anderson and Alvera C Anderson, Husband and wife, as truster, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank fka The Equitable <br />Building and Loan Association as Beneficiary, dated August 2, 1996, and recorded in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 96- 106137, <br />has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
