<br />R HAMILTON AND SUSAN K HAMILTON, HiJSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor(s), in which TierOne Bank
<br />is named Beneficiary and TierOne Bank is named Trustee. The Deed of Trust dated MAY 31, 2006 was filed for
<br />record on JUNE 5, 2006 in INST # 0200605002 in the records of the Register of Deeds of HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, conveying the property legally described as:
<br />LOT 12 WESTERN HEIGHTS FOURTH SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA AKA 4250 SHANNA ST., GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803
<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust identified in the above Substitution of Trustee
<br />has been paid and the current Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the cune�t
<br />Beneficiary, the undersigned Successor Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
