More thari thirty (30) days have elapsed since the death of Decedent; 3. T'here is no currently pending application or petition for appointment of a Personal Representative. A Personal.Representative had been previously appointed, in the County Court of Gage County, Nebraska, appearing as Case PR 08-39. This Estate has been concluded, all inheritance tax are paid, and the Personal Representative, Karen S. Flodman, discharged. It has been determined that the Decedent, Helen Shipman, owned an undivided one tenth (1/10) interest in certain Rea1 Property located in Hall County, Nebraska, described on attached Ea�hibit A. Decedent Helen I. Shipman, had acquired an undivided one fifth (1/5) interest in an undivided one half ( interest from the Estate of Herbert H. Shipman, Deceased. The value of the Real Estate in question is $10,000.00; accordingly, the value of the undivided one fifth (1/5) interest of and undivided one half (%2) interest would be $1,000.00. Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §30- 24,122, the undersigned �ant files this Affidavit, indicating the Succession to Real Property to Karen Flodman, a/k/a Karen Sne Floodman aad Larry E. Fenton and Beverl Ann Freud irh. 4. 'I�he undersigned�Clalmant Successor is entitled to the Rea1 Property by reason status as Personal Representative named in the Decedent's Will; 5. Since all inheritances taxes have previously been paid to the three taxing authorities in the Estate of Helen I. Shipman (i.e. Merrick, Howard, and Gage Counties), the entire value of the Estate of Helen I. Shipman currently to be distributed in $1,000.00; 6. The undersigned swears and affirms that all statement in this AfFidavit are true in material, and further acknowledge that any false staxement may subj ect the undersigned to appropriate penalties of perjuries.
