<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by TRAVIS J
<br />MITTAN as Trustor to U,S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NA as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA
