Diers <br />Ave., Grand Island, NE 68803 ("Lender"). <br />DEED OF TRUST. Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated August 28, 201 1(the "Deed of Trust") <br />which has been recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: <br />Recorded in the Hall CouMy Register of Deeds Office on August 29, 2006 as Document 200607742. <br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL <br />County, State of Nebraske: <br />Lot One (11, Block Seventeen (17), College Addition to West Lawn, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 2224 N GRAND ISLAIVD AVE, GRAND ISLAND, NE <br />68803-2136. <br />MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: <br />wtth terms as agreed upon in IVote 101243299 including but not limited to an extended maturity date of <br />September 1, 2021. <br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain <br />unchanged and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modific�.tio� aive Lender's right to require <br />strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed �a����,�lig��@; to m ke any future modifications. <br />Nothing in this Modification shall constitute a satisf�dtion-of the �r�nrri��ory note or othe,: credit agreement secured by <br />the Deed of Trust (the "Note").
