<br /> indepe�clent ccmtractars working for the Licensor during the course of their einploymea�or duties
<br /> wIth tbe Y.icensar,the Licensee agrees to assume and pay all costs relAting to the replactment or -
<br /> r�panr of tbe improvement.
<br /> 'd'he Licensee is re�uired to provide a twelve(12.0)foot gate opening on the West North
<br /> Front Strcxt groparty to allow the L'icensor access to manholes nuraber 316-6 and 316-7.
<br /> 4. EFFECfYVE DATE. This license agrcement shaU take efi�ect on tt� date it is �
<br /> executed by the Mayor of vhe City of Grand Island as dated b�low. It shall conda•.�e for an
<br /> indefiniLe term until such time as it is terminsted as provided hereafter.
<br /> 5. TERMINATION. Tb�is license agreement shall teiminate upon one or more of the
<br /> following oe�urrences:
<br /> a. The servic�of siaty days rvritten nodce af intention to termia�a�te by any
<br /> party upan Phe othcr patty.
<br /> b. The Liceasee's application for a permit to alter said impruvement or any
<br /> part t�ereof�unless said pemnit is for work due�o an occurrence as describod in Paragraph
<br /> 3 above and said work ha�the prior vvritt�n appmval of the Licensor.
<br /> c. The Licensee's consttiuc�on or installa�ion of any stnichure or improveinent
<br /> of any natixre upon the re�l estate vwt�al by the Licensor eacept that descri�ed in
<br /> Paragraph 1 above.
<br /> Upon the ternQinatton of this License Agreement, the Liccnsce s1�a11 �e requitod, and
<br /> � �e�eby agcees�to remove said improvement from the Licensor's real estate at iLs own expense and
<br /> ` without cost to the Licensor. Said nmoval to occur no later tban sixty days after receipt of the
<br /> notice uf��ntention w terminate or any of the other oc�urx��ences set forth in P�na�raph S abova.
<br /> Should �� Licensee fail w do so, the I.icensor may nmove or cause th� r�moval of said
<br /> improvement from the Licensor's real estat�and tlie LiCensec agrees to re'vmburae the Licensor
<br /> for all its costs.
