Payment of all fees and charges of Beneficiary, whether or not set forth l�erein. This is a CONSTRUCTION SECURITY AGREEMENT tl�at secures an obligation wliich the trustor incurred for the purpose of making an improvement on the Real Estate MORTGAGE LOAN DEPARTMENT
