<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated February 19, 2004 ,
<br />executed by Hastings Ventures, L.L.C; a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, in
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was
<br />electronically recorded as ID#0200402542 on the 16� day of March 2004, at the Register of
<br />Deeds office of Ha11 County, City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached
<br />real estate described to-wit:
<br />Lot One(1), Block One(1), Woodland Park Tenth Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />More Commonly Known as 4162 Vermont Avenue, Grand Island, NE 68803
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated February 19, 2004,
<br />electronically recorded as ID#0200402542 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, City
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein
<br />reconveyed.
