Schnell, did by a Sacurity Instrument dated October 11, 2002, and recorded on October 1 S, 2002, as Document No. 200211260 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, at Grand Island, convey the property to the named Trustee, to secure payment of the described debt, the property being legally described commencing on the first page of this instrument.
