Johnson, Deceased, <br />pursuant to appointment by the County Court of Adams County, Nebraska, GRANTOR, conveys and <br />releases to ROBERT L. JOHNSON and GWEN K. THORPE, Co-Trustees of the Harriett M. Johnson <br />Testamentary Trust, GRANTEE, all of the Estate's interest in the following described real estate (as <br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-201): <br />The Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section Thirty-six (36), Tovcroship Nine (9) North, <br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall Caunty, Nebraska, EXCEPT that portion <br />previously deeded to the State of Nebraska far road purposes, as shown by a Deed <br />recorded in Book 77, at Page 494, FURTI�R EXCEPTING a tract deeded to Lincoln <br />Telephone and Telegraph Company, legally described as follows: Commencing at a <br />point in the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of said section where the West right-of-way line of <br />Highway 281 (as part of the right-of-way for said Highway is deeded to the State of <br />Nebraska, by deed in Book 77 at Page 494 of the Deed Records of Hall County, <br />Nebra.ska) intersects the North line of the Adams-Hall County Highway bordering said <br />Southeast Quarter (SE/4) on the South, said point of beginning being appraximately 33 <br />feet North of and 523.3 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Section 36, thence due <br />West following a line parallel with and 33 feet North of the center line of said Adams- <br />Hall County Hlghway for a distance of 60 feet, thence due North 50 feet, thence due East <br />in a line parallel with the center of said Adams-Hall County Highway until said line so <br />extended intersects the West right-of-way line of said Highway 281, thence <br />Southwesterly along sa.id West right of way line to the point of beginning, and subject <br />further to easements and restrictions of record. <br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANT'EE is the person entitled to distribution of the real <br />estate from sald estate.
