<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust
<br />Deed executed by Reis Townhomes, L.L.C., Trustor, to David C.
<br />Huston, Trustee, for the benefit of David G. Huston, Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated September 14, 2011, and recorded as Document No.
<br />0201006622 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed
<br />by the beneficiary's endorsement below;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment, and in
<br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release,
<br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest
<br />and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust deed in the
<br />following-described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Condominium Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16,
<br />17, 18, 19, and 20 Northview Seventh Condominiums, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, A Condominium in accordance
<br />with the Master Deed and Condominium Declaration recorded August
<br />26, 2008, in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Document no. 200807402 as amended thereafter.
