Meinecke, who died January 11, 2011, and was appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Evelyn O. Meinecke on the 12th da.y of May, 2011 by the Probate Court of Howard County, Nebraska; that Affiant is the son of Walter A. Meinecke, who died in St. Paul, Howard County, Nebraska on September 23, 2008. 2. That Walter A. Meinecke and Evelyn O. Meinecke, husband and wife on the date o£ Walter A. Meinecke's death on September 23, 2008, were on said date the sole owners, as joint tenants not tenants in common, of the following real estate legally described as follows: Lots Ten (10) anc� 'PweYve �li) in Sass' Seca�d �ul�di�isi�� raiad Isla�d, Hall County, Ne6raska. 3. That by reason of the provisions of the Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed, Evelyn O. Meinecke became the sole owner of the above-described property on the death of her spouse, Walter A. Meinecke on September 23, 2008, and an original certified death certificate for Walter A. Meinecke is atta.ched hereto, marked as E�ibit "A" and made a part hereof. 4. That Affiant is the son of both Walter A. Meitnecke and Evelyn O. Meinecke and is familiar with the facts concerning the ownership of the above-described real property and the death of both of his parents. 5. That this Affiidavit is given as evidence that pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 77- 2003, no inheritance tax lien arising due to the dea.th of Walter A. Meinecke can atta.ch to the above-described real estate and that pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 77-2012, no Nebraska. esta.te tax lien arising due to the death of Walter A. Meinecke can attach to the above-described property, which property is now an asset in the Estate of Evelyn O. Meinecke in the County Court of Howard Caunty, Nebraska.
