<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by GARY E GANNON AND CONSTANCE
<br />L GANNON; HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to EQUITABLE BANK, as Trustee and
<br />Beneficiary, dated MAY 1, 2008, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />NEBRASKA on MAY 13, 2008 as Document No. 0200804126, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below.
