Attorney <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Bonower and dated A u g u s t 0 2, 2 011 . <br />The Note states that BonowOr owes Lender ONE HUNDRED TWQ THOUSAND AND 00/100 <br />Dollars <br />(U.5. $ 10 2, 0 0 0. 0 0 ) plus interest. Bonower has promised to pay this debt in regulaz Periodic <br />Payments and to pay the debt in fu11 not later than September 1, 2026 . <br />(� "Property" means the property that is described below under the heading °Transfer of Rights in the <br />Property." <br />(G) "Loan" means the debt evidenced by the Note, plus interest, any prepayment chazges and late charges <br />due under the Note, and all sums due under this Security Instrument, plus interest. <br />(I� "Riders" means all Riders to this Security Instnunent that are executed by Borrower.
