<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that Eric Franzen, and Tia Franzen, Husband and Wife, as
<br />Trustor(s), did on or about May 25, 2005, make, execute and deliver unto LTS Title
<br />Services, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following -
<br />described real property:
<br />LOT ELEVEN (I1), IN BLOCK TWO (2), IN LAMBERT'S SECOND ADDITION TO
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />Commonly known as: 815 North White, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Aegis Funding Corporation, Beneficiary of
<br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on May 31, 2005, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No.200504900.
<br />Said Deed of Trust has been assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, as
<br />Trustee on behalf of the Noteholders of Aegis Asset Backed Securities Trust 2005 -3,
<br />Mortgage - Backed Notes, current beneficiary.
<br />Michael E. Boyd, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee,
<br />pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />BE FURTHER NOTIFIED that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of
<br />the Trustor for which the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor
<br />has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were contractually due.
<br />BE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire
<br />unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the
