<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by David /
<br />to
<br />and Tamela Spiehs, husband and wife, Grantors, to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska 'A ~
<br />Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, Trustee, under the Deeds of Trust dated
<br />February 13, 2009 in which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now
<br />known as Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded February 13,
<br />2009 as Instrument No. 0200901078 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an
<br />original stated indebtedness of $600,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said
<br />beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />Parcel 1: The Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Seven (7), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Eleven (11) West of the 6t' P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska excepting a certain tract more
<br />particularly described in Survivorship Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 92-107046 and
<br />a certain tract more particularly described in Quite Claim Deed recorded as Document No. 92-
<br />107382.
<br />Parcel 2: A tract of land Fifty Eight (58) rods square in the Southeast corner of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE 1 /4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12)
<br />West of the 6t' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska Except a certain tract more particularly described in
<br />Warranty Deed recorded in Book 122, Page 137.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 1 st day of August, 2011.
