<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by David L.
<br />and Tamela J. Spiehs, husband and wife, Trustors, to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska 60'
<br />Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, Trustee, under the Deeds of Trust dated
<br />February 7, 2007 in which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now
<br />known as Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded February 8, 2007
<br />as Instrument No. 0200701052 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original
<br />stated indebtedness of $218,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary
<br />have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S1/2NE1/4) and The North Half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (N 1 /2NE 1 /4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, Excepting a certain tract more particularly
<br />described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 118, Page 587; Excepting a certain tract more
<br />particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 122, Page 137; Excepting a certain
<br />tract more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 157, Page 478; Excepting a
<br />certain tract more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 179, Page 206.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 1 st day of August, 2011.
