<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by David
<br />and Tamela Spiehs, husband and wife, Trustors, to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, Trustee, under the Deeds of Trust dated
<br />May 21, 2002 in which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now
<br />known as Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded July 8, 2002 as
<br />Instrument No. 0200207132 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original
<br />stated indebtedness of $215,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary
<br />have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Seven (7),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Southeast
<br />Quarter (SE1/4); thence westerly along and upon the south line of said Southeast Quarter
<br />(SE1/4), a distance of Four Hundred (400.0) feet, thence northerly, parallel with the east line of
<br />said Southeast Quarter (SEl/4), a distance of One Thousand One Hundred (1,100.0) feet; thence
<br />easterly, parallel with the south line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4), a distance of Four
<br />Hundred (400.0) feet to a point on the East line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4); thence
<br />southerly, along and upon the east line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4), a distance of One
<br />Thousand One Hundred (1,100.0) feet to the point of beginning.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 1 st day of August 2011.
