<br />Whereas, the indebtedness secured by the T�eed af Trust, Assignment of Rents, Security
<br />Agreement and Financing Sta.tement executed By LEON PLASTICS INC., a Delaware
<br />Corporation, for the benefit of FIFTH THIRD BANK, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />September 25, 2002 and recorded September 27, 2002 in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Ha11 County, Nebraska as Document No. 200210366 and amended by First Amendment to
<br />Deed of Trust recorded April 9, 2004 as Document No. 200403524 has been satisfied, and
<br />said beneficiary has requested in writing that tlus Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Leon Subdivision, in the Village of Alda, Ha11 County, Nebraska.
<br />AND '
<br />Lot Five (5), Argo Subdivision, an addition to Alda, Ha11 County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises.
